==Description==
Cantillon Benedikta 25 is a lambic blend made in collaboration with Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa' (a pioneer pub of Italian craft beer scene in Rome) for their 25th anniversary. It is made with a maceration of Cesane pommace (a red grape primarely grown in the Lazia region in Italy) from the renowned Damiano Ciolli domain.
