== Overview ==
Artisanale Bierbrouwerij 4Pajot is owned and operated by Raymond De Saegher. 4Pajot produces an array of beers, including non-lambic offerings.

== History ==
In the fall of 2012, Raymond De Saegher came up with the idea of starting a small hobby brewery, aiming to promote regional products from the Pajottenland, create food pairings, and above all, have a lot of fun brewing craft beer.

Soon, there were 3 other candidates to start the project: Geert Van Dorsselaer, Gert Wauters and Frederiek Bouljon. This has resulted in the name 4Pajot. In April 2013, we brewed together for the first time. Raymond and Frederiek already had extensive experience as technicians in beer fermentation, through training at COOVI-CERIA in Anderlecht. Gert has experience as a bio-engineer. Geert is more specialized in technology, automation, and recently as a stainless steel processor.

Our first beer was so delicious! We have brewed several times as a hobby. Soon the idea arose that we should come to the general public with our beer. In terms of legislation, this is not so simple: excise duties, VAT, food safety,... We continued to meet and in July 2014, our business officially started. In the first few months, we put many formalities in place and expanded our brewery. Today, we have a modern cold room and sensor-controlled temperature control.

Due to family and professional developments, Fred, Geert and Gert have stepped down. Raymond continues to brew alone, though he can still call on their respective knowledge and experience.
