Cantillon LH12 is an oude a lambic that spent 5 years in cognac barrels prior to bottling. Unlike [[Cantillon 50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East|50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East]], no additional priming sugar was added at bottling for refermentation and carbonation. As a result, LH12 pours completely still.
