This specific Oude Geuze was blended with lambic from 7 different barrels coming from 6 different brews of which just over half is ours. This particular Oude Geuze has been blended with lambics from 5 different barrels (of which one an amontillado barrel) and originating from 7 different brews. The old lambic, from two barrels and twobrews, accoutns for 40% of the blend and the oldest portion was brewed on 12th of January 2016. This specific Oude Geuze was blended with lambic from 4 different barels and 7 different brews. 50% one year old lambic, 50% old lambic.
