== Description ==
Cantillon Cognac lambic was orignally a set of test batch batches of lambic brewed in 2003 named F-14 and F-17 and subsequently aged in Cognac barrels for one year. There were two test batches named F-14 and F-17 that year. This test would prove to be an initial step in commercially producing a large-run Cognac barrel-aged lambic in 2007 under the name [[Cantillon 50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East]]. There have been several other batches of Cognac Lambic, outlined below.
