Bofkont Three Seasons
Description
Bofkont Three Seasons is a beer made of 1-year-old and two-year-old lambic aged on sour cherries and elderflower made in 2019. Bottling format is unknown but most likely 750 mL as it was served during Mikkeller Baghaven Wild Ale Celebration 2020.
The name Three Seasons referred to the fact that the lambic used was brewed during winter, the elderflowersthat were added were picked during spring, and the cherries were harvested during summer.
