Bofkont Three Seasons is a beer made of 1-year-old and two-year-old lambic aged on sour cherries and elderflower made in 2019 and bottled in 750 mL format. It was served for the first time during Mikkeller Baghaven Wild Ale Celebration 2020.
The name Three Seasons referred to the fact that the lambic used was brewed during winter, the elderflowers that were added were picked during spring, and the cherries were harvested during summer.
