Description
Cantillon Monk's Café Cuvée Kriek is a kriek blend made specifically for Monk's Café in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The fruit was a Morello (variety: Kelleris) sour cherry sourced in Belgium. The cask was hand selected by Tom Peters of Monk's Café and Jean Van Roy.
History / Other Notes
This beer was only available on draft during special events at Monk's Café. A few bottles were briefly observed at Cantillon in 2011 but were never publicly available.
