I have been cellaring beers for more than 20 years. I started as a fanatical english barleywine fan, keeping cases and cases of Thomas Hardy around. In 2002, my friend Ray introduced me to lambic. Damn him. =) Since then, I have been to Belgium more times then I want to admit and I've tried more than 180 of the lambics described on this site. I am obsessed by the style, the history, the culture, and the beers.
