== History / Other Notes ==
Cuvée Saint Gilloise is the successor to [[Cantillon_Cuvée_Des_Champions|Cuvée des Champions]] and generally thought to be of the same line of lambics. The name and color scheme for the labeling is derived from the Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, a Belgian football club originally located in the municipality of Saint-Gilles, in Brussels near Cantillon. In 2013, Cantillon made a special bottling of Saint Gilloise in both 1.5L and 3L bottles for people who owned or purchased season tickets for the 2013-2014 season. Cuvée Saint Gilloise received approved labeling for a draught version in the U.S. on April 15, 2011. <ref name=TTBGil> TTB Label Approval, [https://www.ttbonline.gov/colasonline/viewColaDetails.do?action=publicFormDisplay&ttbid=11105001000091 Cantillon Cuvée Saint Gilloise], 2011</ref>
