Lindemans Pomme has been available since 2005 and is produced with lambic aged at least one year and several varieties of apples.<ref name = LindemansSite> Brouwerij Lindemans - [http://www.lindemans.be/beer/apple Apple description]</ref> Since 2012, all sweetened Lindemans beers are sweetened with the natural sweetener Stevia. Before 2012 they were sweetened with Acesulfame K. Before bottling, the sweetened beers are put through a centrifuge for filtration.<ref name=LindemansPersonalCommunication>Personal Communication, Lindemans Sweetener and Filtration, 2014</ref>
