Lindemans Jeune Lambic is the base jeune lambic for Lindemans blends and fruit lambics and is brewed on-site. This beer is not generally available to the public. It is a principle component of [[Gueuze_Cuvée_René|Gueuze Cuvée René]]. The exact time when a lambic switches from jeune to vieux is based on the fermentation progress and is at the brewer's or blender's discretion.
