Each year, Cantillon opens it's door its doors during a brewing session to allow the public to view the [[Brasserie_Cantillon#Brewing_Process|brewing process]]. For example, the The 2014 Public Brewing Session took place on November 15, 2014, and included tours every 30 minutes, and followed following this schedule:
