Changes

Cantillon Cognac Lambic was not sold at the brewery or distributed. It was available from the cask during the 2004 [[Cantillon Open Brew Days]]. Bottles were given to friends of the brewery. A few bottles were also sold for onsite consumption at [[Akkurat]] in 2005, and to go at [[Ølbutikken]] in 2011. In 2005 a second batch of lambic was brewed and placed into Cognac barrels. The 2005 batch would become the base lambic or component to the following beers: [[Cantillon_LH12|Cantillon LH12]], brewed March 5, 2005, bottled April 2, 2010),  [[Cantillon_50_Degrees_North_-_4_Degrees_East|Cantillon 50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East]], brewed March 2005, bottled March 30, 2007. [[Cantillon_Crianza_Helena|Cantillon Crianza Helena]], with the label stating that is a blend comprising of 40 month old lambic from Cognac barrles (putting it around that 2005 date) as well as 30 month old Bordeaux barrel lambic and 15 month old young lambic. A third batch of lambic, presumably brewed in 2010, was put into Cognac barrles and is the main component for the second release of 50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East. It has yet to make a known appearance in any other forms. The barrels used for this lambic come from the Grosperrin Cognac négociants. On February 13, 2013 Cantillon posted pictures of new Cognac barrels with the following caption: ''"We have received today 8 Cognac barrels. These are coming from La Gabare - Cognac Grosperrin in Chermignac (France). The barrels have contained Petite Champagne from 1975 and were emptied November 2012.
