__NOTOC__
== Description ==
Cantillon Zwanze 2010 is the third release in the Zwanze series of beers. This series has been released every year since 2008 with and beginning in 2011 with a coordinated celebration around the world at various beer bars, breweries, and restaurants. The 2010 edition is a spontaneously fermented witbier. The label gives the name as "Blanche de Quenast." Jean has been quoted as saying that a brewery in Quenast (outside of Brussels) has a beer called Blanche de Bruxelles, so he named this beer after them with a bit of geographical sarcasm. The 2010 edition is a spontaneously fermented witbier that was brewed in collaboration with Yvan Debaets from Brewery De La Senne. 1000 bottles were produced.
