== History / Other Notes ==
Cuvée De Monk's Gueuze is a blend of 250 liters of 3 year old, 500 liters of 2 year old & 250 liters of 1 year old lambics selected in February 2006 and released in 2008. The portion of one year old lambic was dry-hopped with Amarillo hops giving the gueuze a distinct character apart from the regular bottlings of Cantillon's regular [[Cantillon_Classic_Gueuze_100%25_Lambic|Classic Gueuze]]. The beer was available in both 37.5cl and 75cl bottles and was sold on premises at Monk's Café as well as to go to customers. As of 2014, there are no more bottles being sold to go, and it is unclear if anymore are for sale a the café.
