Fill me Cantillon Monk's Café Cuvée De Monk's Gueuze is a special gueuze blend with barrels hand selection by Tom Peters of Monk's Café inPhiladelphia, PA and Jean Van Roy. It is a blend of 250 liters of 3 year old, 500 liters of 2 year old & 250 liters of 1 year old lambics selected in February 2006 and released in 2008.
