== Description ==
3 Fonteinen Perzik Wit is a blend of approximately two-year old lambic with white peaches released in 75cl bottles. For the 2018-2019 season, three different blends were made using different varietals of white peaches. The ABV varies by blend.
==History / Other Notes==
Perzik Wit (along with Perzik Geel) is the result of result of some of the [[Brouwerij_3_Fonteinen#Speling_van_het_Lot_.28Twist_of_Fate.29_Series|Speling van het Lot (Twist of Fate)]] experiments coming to full production. It was released in the late summer/early fall of 2019.
