== Description ==
Cantillon Cantina Giardino is a lambic with two expressions, both made in collaboration with [http://tuttowines.com/growers/cantina-giardino Cantina Giardino], a winemaker in Italy using two different types Greco grapes. The collaboration was announced in March of 2017 on Cantillon's Facebook page. It is currently unreleased, but has shown up at various festivals as well as for limited on-site consumption starting in 2018.
=History / Other Notes=
Expression 1: Lambic matured on Greco wine lees and a chestnut barrel.
Expression 2: Two-year old lambic placed onto Greco grape must and then placed for 6 months in clay amphorae before bottling.
