After Zwanze Day 2012 bottles were available for drinking at teh brewery. In 2015 a new batch was made with lambic that was originally intended to be used for the [[Cantillon_Lou_Pepe_-_Kriek|Lou Pepe Kriek]] bottling. Because there were not enough Schaerbeekse cherries to produce a full batch, the remaining two-year old lambic was used for "Lambic Rhubarbe". It was bottled in 2015 and served at the brewery as "Z12". Kegs were also sent out for [[Cantillon_Zwanze_Day|Zwanze Day 2015]] (pictured below).

New bottles of "Zwanze 2012" or "Z12" with 2016 corks were being served at the brewery in December of 2016. Jean has stated it is his intention to make this a potentially seasonal beer.
