__NOTOC__
== Description ==
Cantillon Zwanze 2012 is the fifth release in the Zwanze series of beers. This series has been released every year since 2008, and beginning in 2011, with a coordinated celebration around the world at various beer bars, breweries, and restaurants. The 2012 edition is a lambic with rhubarb added, identical to the 2008 version.
== History / Other Notes ==
Zwanze 2012 was released worldwide on December 1, 2012. It was available at most participating Zwanze Day locations on draught, but was though some locations also had bottles. After Zwanze Day 2012 bottles were available in bottles for on premises drinking at teh brewery. In 2015 a new batch was made with lambic that was originally intended to be used for the [[Cantillon_Lou_Pepe_-_Kriek|Lou Pepe Kriek]] bottling. Because there were not enough Schaerbeekse cherries to produce a full batch, the remaining two-year old lambic was used for "Lambic Rhubarbe". It was bottled in 2015 and served at the breweryas "Z12". Kegs were also sent out for [[Cantillon_Zwanze_Day|Zwanze Day 2015]] (pictured below).
