Lambic blender, founded by Jozef De Vits in Lembeek, Belgium in 1927. Jozef De Vits was a local tavern owner and gueuze-blender. The brewery and warehouse buildings were purchased from Réne De Troch following the economic crisis in 1927. This brewery was originally founded as a lambic brewery [[Brasserie_Hygiëna|(Brasserie Hygiëna)]] in 1860 by Louis Paul, which began bottling lambic in 1875. In 1898, Pierre Troch took over the brewery, which was later transferred to his son Réne Troch in 1919.
