Judging from the label, it Florian Van Roy is a lambic [[Cantillon Classic Gueuze 100% Lambic|Cantillon Gueuze]] blend bottled in 1996 for the birth of Florian Van Roy and may be the same as . This beer is also called [[Cantillon_Cuvée_de_FlorianCantillon Cuvée de Florian|Cantillon Cuvée de Florian]] which was served for a time at [[Akkurat]]. However, all of the bottles appearing at Akkurat were 75cl and had a yellow Cantillon label with a handwritten year.
