== Description ==
Unblended Saint Lamvinus is a version of [[Cantillon Saint Lamvinus ]] that is uncarbonated and presumably was taken from a single the barrel of Saint Lamvinus unfiltered and before other barrels containing the same beer additional sugar was added. There were blended to make the production batcha few kegs and a limited number of bottles made.
== History / Other Notes ==
The idea came about when Stene at [[Akkurat]] and Jean Van Roy discussed this beer and thought that an uncarbonated Saint Lamvinus may let the fruit flavors come through better. Unblended Saint Lamvinus was bottled once in 2004 and sent to the Swedish beer bar [[. Because Akkurat]]. Reportedlyreceived both regular and unblended St Lamvinus that year, 200 bottles were made. It is labeled with the Akkurat sticker as well as a note saying noting "stilla" (flat)was added to the unblended version.
