==History / Other Notes==
The acronym CLAC stands for '''C'''insault, '''L'''ambic, '''A'''licante, and '''C'''arignan, thus containing three grape varieties (trois cépages) and is the first Cantillon lambic to contain a blend of three different grapes. According to the brewery, each of the grape varieties were macerated separately and then blended together. The maceration of Cinsault grapes did not yield a good enough lambic to labeled as its own varietal as it had [[Canitllon_Cinsault|previously in 2017]], so to save the Cinsault lambic, the entire batch was blended with Carignan and Alicante macerations at a ratio of 50% Cinsault, 25% Alicante, and 25% Carignan.
CLAC was served at Pasta Madre as well as at the brewery.
