It was bottled in 75cl bottles and its ABV is briefly referenced on the two links provided belowunknown. If you can provide any additional information ==History / Other Notes==According to Jean-Pierre Van Roy, photographs, or the Cuvée Mozart is a bottle to help further the [http:/bière d’étiquette/lambicetiketbier (lit.Info Lambic“label beer”), meaning that an existing beer from the Cantillon range was used to produce this bottle.info] initiativeIn this case, please contact it was [[User:BillCantillon_Framboise|Bill]] or [[User:Adam|AdamCantillon Framboise]]. The Cuvée Mozart was created for a club of people associated to the Cirque Royale/Koninklijk Circus (Royal Circus) in Brussels, who often feature classical music concerts. This bottling was done to celebrate the Mozart Year in 1991 (Van Roy believed this to be in the 80s, but both research and substantiated cellaring notes place this bottle as a 1991 vintage, the 200th anniversary of Mozart’s death.) Bottles were also for purchase at the brewery in the summer of 1991. According to Van Roy, the Cuvée Mozart is “classical recipe” Cantillon Framboise (with added vanilla to soften the tart raspberries used) with a custom label.
