Description

Cantillon Vieux Lambic is single barrel lambic that generally has been aged for at least one year and served at the brewery, at festivals, and at bars around Belgium. The exact time when a beer switches from jeune to vieux is based on the fermentation process and the brewer. Vieux Lambic is single barrel, from the cask, and differs from their commercially blended and packaged Vieux Lambic products, including Bruocsella Grand Cru which is bottled and distributed.
