Very little is known about this beer.  It is briefly referenced on the two links provided below. Judging from the label, it is a lambic bottled in 1996 for the birth of Florian Van Roy and may be the same as [[Cantillon_Cuvée_de_Florian|Cantillon Cuvée de Florian]] which was served for a time at [[Akkurat]]. Though all of the bottles appearing at Akkurat were 75cl and had a yellow Cantillon label with a handrwritten year.  Research into this beer and label is ongoing.

Description

Florian Van Roy is a Cantillon Gueuze blend bottled in 1996 for the birth of Florian Van Roy. This beer is also called Cuvée de Florian and more information can be found on that page.

History / Other Notes

This particular label was placed on 375ml bottles that were given to family and friends in 1996. Other 750ml bottles (Cuvée de Florian) were aged for 5+ years in Cantillon's cellar and sold in the United States and Sweden.[1]
