Description
Tilquin Assemblage is blended lambic created and assembled by Pierre using lambic from Tilquin lambic barrels from a variety of producers. This differs from a Vieux Lambic as Assemblage is a blend of lambic from multiple producers. While Assemblage can include Jeune Lambic, it is served flat, from a cask and not bottled.
Tilquin receives wort from Boon, Lindemans, Girardin, and Cantillon that can all be included in the Assemblage blend.
