Cantillon Faro is sugar sweetened lambic that is generally only available on cask around Brussels and at festivals. Cantillon Faro blends Jonge Lambic aged for about a year with caramelized sugar adding sweetness, slight roastiness, and color. [1]

While Shelton describes Cantillon Faro as something which is never bottled[1], it does appear that it was bottled at least once. The label below appears on a full bottle on display at Musée des Bières belges.
