Description
Similar to the Akkurat's Gold Geuze 50/50, this beer is reportedly a blend of 3-year old Boon lambic with 1-year old Lindemans lambic.
Unsubstantiated Stories
There are discussions on Ratebeer {1}[1] indicating that Armand had extra, unlabeled bottles of J&J Roze that he sent to Akkurat. Akkurat then asked if they could put their own label on it.
This directly contradicts statements made to the Lambic.Info staff from Stene, the owner of Akkurat, who reported that it was a unique blend made for their bar.
Additionally, this now leads to confusion about the blend. 50/50 is reportedly three year old Boon and one year old Lindemans. However, J&J Rose is 3-year old Girardin lambic with 1-year old Boon lambic.
Further validation is required.
