History
Brabrux was founded in 1871, in Wolvertem, Belgium. It became a conglomeration of several other lambic breweries including Vanderperre, Taymans, Ch. & R. De Keersmaecker, then later acquired by Belle-Vue in 1969. The brewery was closed in 1990 by De Neve under the ownership of Belle-Vue. The former brewery site now houses apartments and a fitness center.
