Very little Cantillon Cuvée 1904 is known about this a predecessor beerto Cuvée Saint Gilloise. It is briefly referenced on the two links provided below. The label reads that it is a gueuze, presumably lambic dry hopped with Hallertau hops and bottled in 20042003. It has been served, on occasion, to celebrate at the 100th anniversary of the Royal Union Saint-Gilloise football club's first Belgian league championshipbrewery.
==Unsubstantiated StoriesHistory / Other Notes==While it is believed that this original beer may have evolved into Cuvée Des Champions and ultimately Cuvée Saint Gilloise, this has not been confirmed. Additionally, if this is in that line of beers, Cantillon has changed dry hop profiles multiple times and the hops used in this original release is unknown.
