In 2015, Jean Van Roy discussed this beer in an interview on The Sour Hour (Basic Brewing Radio) podcast, in which he said "the beer was not so bad, but we gave to the beer a crazy name. So in cider, traditional cider in french, I call it Cidre Fermier, so cider from the farm. And we gave the name to this beer, Lambidre Fermier. It was totally crazy. The beer was not so bad, it was my first Zwanze if you want". [1]
