His sons Emile and Paul Cantillon worked here, Paul left in 1900 to start a lambic blendery in Anderlecht (Cantillon Brewery). His brother Emile remained in Lembeek and supplied lambic to Cantillon for blending until 1937, when Paul Cantillon's sons Marcel and Robert began brewing their own lambic.
