==Description==
This beer was an experimental blend of [[Cantillon_Mamouche|Mamouche]] (elderflower lambic) where elderberries were added (the amount is unknown by the brewery but was most likely less than the usual 300 g/L used in special fruit lambics, as Jean wanted the elderflower to still shine through). 

It was made for Quintessence 2022 and served only at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Two 20 L kegs were made.

== Side Notes ==

Following a misunderstanding, the beer was incorrectly served as "Sureau / Reine des Prés" ("elderflower / meadowsweet") and described as a blend of elderberry lambic and [[Cantillon_Reine_des_Prés|Reine des Prés]], which it wasn't.
