During the 2006 [[Cantillon_Public_Brewing_Sessions|public brewing session]], Jean Van Roy served a young lambic that was brewed with fresh Cascade hops. It was never bottled (beside maybe a few for friends) or served outside of the brewery, and never produced again<ref name=JVR25>Jean Van Roy, interviews with Gael of lambic.info, February & November 2025</ref>.
