Cantillon Jeune Lambic Cascade
Description
During the 2006 public brewing session, Jean Van Roy served a young lambic that was brewed with fresh Cascade hops. It was never bottled (beside maybe a few for friends) or served outside of the brewery, and never produced again[1].
