Chapeau Lemon is a sweetened lambic with natural plum lemon juice flavor added and natural sweeteners. The "Abondance" labels denote the same beer, and were used before the "Chapeau" name became the standard.<ref name=GeuzeKriek>Jef Van den Steen, [[Books#Geuze & Kriek: The Secret of Lambic Beer|Geuze & Kriek: The Secret of Lambic Beer]], 2012</ref> It is 3% ABV.
