Changes

Cantillon Soleil De Minuit is a lambic with cloudberry cloudberries added bottled exclusively for [[Akkurat]] containing 300 grams per liter of fruit. For the first batch, fresh cloudberries were added directly to the oak barrelsbarrel with two year old lambic poured on top. The process was repeated for batch two using frozen cloudberriesadded to a single oak barrel. It is available in 37.5cl, 75cl, and 1.5L bottles. The barrel previously containing batch two of Soleil De Minuit is currently holds unblended lambic.
