==History==
 Founded in Overmere in 1886 as “Brasserie Sept Etoiles" by the widow of J.E. Baeten-Van Heymbeeck. Leopold Frans Baeten (b.1865, Dworp) in Overmere. Also known as “Brasserie Sept Etoiles", and Robert Baeten later owned the brewery . It closed in 1945 after WWII, but the building remained in use for some time after, bottling the beer "Excelsior".
