Cantillon T42
Description
This 4-year-old unblended lambic comes from a single barrel displaying particularly interesting notes, with potential for a longer time in the barrel to add complexity. All the sugars have been transformed during the time spent in the barrel, thus there is no carbonation left and the beer is flat.
