Description
Speling van het Lot III - Ferme Fraise is a lambic comprised of one-year-old 3 Fonteinen lambic macerated with hand-picked whole organic strawberries for two months. One kilogram of strawberries was used per liter of lambic and the resulting concentration was 550 grams of strawberries per liter of lambic. It was bottled in 750 mL bottles and 95 bottles were produced.
