Description
Speling van het Lot II.i - Robijn Raw & Uncut is a lambic blended in 2016 with approximately 480 kg of sour cherries and 500 L of 1-year-old 3 Fonteinen lambic on new toasted/charred oak. The maceration was seven months and approximately 680 L of kriek lambic came off the barrel. A portion of this lambic was split off and backblended as Robijn Blended & Alive. It was bottled in 750 mL bottles and 362 bottles were produced.
