== Description ==
Cantillon Iris Grand Cru is a version of [[Cantillon Iris|Iris ]] that was bottled before prior to the normal dry hopping process that occurs before bottling in the regular releases of [[Cantillon_Iris|Cantillon Iris]]. It is the same recipe as the regular Iris, but aged an additional year to make a total of three years in the barrel. It is similar philosophy to the [[Cantillon_Bruocsella_Grand_Cru|Bruocsella Grand Cru]]. The beer is uncarbonatedas no young sugars are added.
== History / Other Notes ==
Iris Grand Cru was available on tap at some locations during Zwanze Day 2013, and is the base beer for the [[Cantillon Zwanze 2014 (Cuvee Florian)|Zwanze 2014]] beer.. It is also bottled in 750ml bottles.
