Part of what makes this blend unique is that these bottles were cellared at Cantillon for 5 years after bottling prior to their release in 2010. Bottles were only sold onsite at Akkurat.
The empty bottles used were leftover leftovers from the Goldackerl and Reed Gueuzes.<ref name=Stene>Stene Isacsson, Communication with Lambic.Info, January 31, 2015</ref>
