During the 2006 [[Cantillon Open Brew DaysCantillon_Public_Brewing_Sessions|public brewing session]], Jean Van Roy served a Jeune Lambic that was brewed with fresh Cascade hops<ref name=RatebeerCascadeLambic> Cantillon Jonge Lambik Cascade, http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/cantillon-jonge-lambik-cascade/56744/</ref>. There is no indication that this was ever bottled or that it was ever served at any festival or event outside of Cantillon. Very little else is known about this beer.
