[[Cantillon_50_Degrees_North_-_4_Degrees_East|Cantillon 50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East]], brewed March 2005, bottled March 30, 2007.
[[Cantillon_Crianza_Helena|Cantillon Crianza Helena]], bottled June 26, 2008 with the label stating that it is a blend comprising of 40 month old lambic from Cognac barrles barrels (putting it around that 2005 date) as well as 30 month old Bordeaux barrel lambic and 15 month old young lambic.
A third batch of lambic, presumably brewed in 2010, was put into Cognac barrles barrels and is the main component for the second release of 50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East. It has yet to make a known appearance in any other forms. The barrels used for this lambic come from the Grosperrin Cognac négociants.
On February 13, 2013 Cantillon posted pictures of new Cognac barrels with the following caption: ''"We have received today 8 Cognac barrels. These are coming from La Gabare - Cognac Grosperrin in Chermignac (France). The barrels have contained Petite Champagne from 1975 and were emptied November 2012. They will be filled in normally next week."'' <ref name=CantillonFacebook>Cantillon - Facebook, February 13, 2013, [https://www.facebook.com/pages/Brasserie-Cantillon/110627652322553 https://www.facebook.com/pages/Brasserie-Cantillon/110627652322553]</ref>
