Cantillon Cognac Lambic was not sold at the brewery or distributed. It was available from the cask during the 2004 [[Cantillon Open Brew DaysCantillon_Public_Brewing_Sessions|public brewing session]]at the brewery. Bottles were given to friends of the brewery. A few bottles were also sold for onsite consumption at [[Akkurat]] in 2005, and to go at [[Ølbutikken]] in 2011. In 2005 a second batch of lambic was brewed and placed into Cognac barrels. The 2005 batch would become the base lambic or component to the following beers:
