Grote Dorst Geuze van 't Kasteel is a geuze that was produced at Castle Neufcour in Eizeringen during an event held on December 12, 2010. It is a blend of 17 different lambics of varying ages that was blended and bottled under the supervision of Willem Van Herreweghen, the original founder of [[De Cam Geuzestekerij|De Cam]].<ref name = KasteelGeuze> Geuze op 't Kasteel - http://youtu.be/XXq2ziwjqIY (Dutch)</ref> The event was the culmination of an exhibition of lambic that also included a multi-course meal prepared by the chef and owner of [[Ebenezer's_Pub|Ebenezer's Pub]] , Chris Lively, at the [[In_de_Verzekering_tegen_de_Grote_Dorst|Grote Dorst]] pub.
